The softer the TPU, the more likely it is to slip or buckle during feeding. Sprite 2 strengthens TPU feeding from grip to hotend. A feed path about 14% shorter delivers force more directly for smoother TPU extrusion.* Optimized gear teeth and bite depth help reduce TPU slipping. Gears sit closer to the hotend, helping reduce bending, bunching, and clogs. *Compared with K2, the distance from the extrusion gears to the nozzle outlet is reduced from 86 mm to 74 mm. Mega extends flexible-material printing down to softer 85A TPU. From cushioning pads to large pet collars, it handles 85A–95A TPU with stable, consistent results. *TPU-printed parts are not certified for food contact; use with a food-safe bowl or insert. Hyper TPU comes in 85A, 90A, and 95A — from soft and easy to bend to firmer, more supportive options. High rebound, wear resistance, and tear resistance help flexible parts stand up to repeated use.
