Rainbow three-flute flat end mill for aluminium, made from micro-grain tungsten carbide with fully polished flutes that produce a mirror-like finish. It carries an imported Swiss nano DLC coating with stable performance for higher hardness and better wear resistance. The fully ground cutting edges are sharp, the three-flute design improves edge sharpness, and three large chip flutes with a large core diameter combine rigidity with smooth chip evacuation, preventing built-up edge and raising productivity. It suits stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloy and aluminium alloy, is mounted on high-speed machines such as CNC machining centres, engraving machines and precision engravers, and is used for face milling, side milling and shallow slotting.
