Rainbow-coated two-flute ball nose end mill made of premium tungsten carbide. The ball-nose R corner is used for curved profiling and finishing; the cutter is sharp and tough with a long service life and leaves a smooth surface without tool marks, and each tool is ground on an imported ANCA five-axis grinder with a high-gloss mirror finish. It suits copper alloy, aluminium alloy, magnesium alloy, acrylic, wood and other non-ferrous materials, and is used on high-speed machines such as CNC machining centres, engraving machines and precision engravers. Standard sizes are listed as cutting diameter x R corner x flute length x shank diameter x overall length, for example 3 x R1.5 x 8 x d4 x 75, 1.5 x R0.75 x 3 x d4 x 50, 4 x R2 x 10 x d4 x 75 and 6 x R3 x 12 x d6 x 75.
