The CR99 ultra-clear mouth mirror uses a 30-layer proprietary coating on the glass with an average reflectance of 99.24%, giving true-colour reflection in which every detail of the field is described as clearly visible. The handle is made of medical-grade plastic steel in an ultra-light ergonomic design for comfortable handling, and because it contains no metal there is no harsh clatter when instruments touch it and no metal glare reflected into the eyes, which patients find more comfortable.
