The bracket positioning gauge is used to position brackets before bonding in orthodontic treatment; by shape and method of use it is divided into cross type and rod type. Rod-type sizes are A: 130 x 8 mm, B: 130 x 11 mm and C: 130 x 13 mm. It is made of stainless steel, supplied non-sterile and reusable, with a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 micrometre or less, and a 24-month warranty service. During use the patient gently bites the base plate and the bracket is bonded just above the indicated position.
