The DGL-X series vertical sterilizer combines sterilization with a drying function and is available in 35 L, 50 L, 75 L and 100 L chambers. Its internal steam-circulation system discharges no steam to the room, keeping the working environment clean and dry. A handwheel horizontal-slide structure, high-grade stainless steel and a self-expanding seal are used, with microprocessor control of the sterilization parameters, a digital display with touch keys, a safety interlock and a standard test port. Automatic protection covers over-temperature, over-pressure, low water level and dry-burn; a stainless steel inner vessel or basket is fitted, cold air and steam are discharged automatically, and a buzzer reminder with automatic shutdown ends the cycle. An external printer and automatic water filling are optional.
