High-efficiency aluminium U-groove flat end mill made from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide (0.2-0.4 micron grain), with fully mirror-polished flutes, HRC62 working hardness, 38-degree helix angle and three flutes. The U-shaped chip groove enlarges chip capacity so spindle speed and feed rate can be raised for higher machining efficiency, while the Platit nano DLC coating reduces chip sticking and improves wear resistance. It is intended for face milling, side milling and shallow slotting of copper, aluminium, gold, silver and other soft materials on high-speed CNC machining centres, engravers and precision engravers; machines with three axes or fewer and manual machines must not be used.
