The TANDA D3/D4, marketed as TANDA PRO, is a table-top steam sterilizer supplied as models TANDA-D3 and TANDA-D4 with 18 L and 23 L chambers at 220 V and 1500 W / 1700 W respectively. The maker sums up its central feature as a self-developed dual-temperature monitoring and control system: the chamber heating system uses flexible heating elements for higher thermal efficiency and more even heating, while the temperature monitoring system uses Heraeus sensors made in Germany to monitor and control the stability, effectiveness and uniformity of the sterilization temperature at each part of the chamber. A W-Light intelligent lighting system changes colour with the machine state (flashing white for an open door, steady purple for a closed door, steady red for an alarm, steady green when the cycle is complete and so on). The in-house drying system is stated to improve post-sterilization drying by 33%, and the upgraded circuit provides continuous, stable power throughout the cycle.
