The HM-1 dental handpiece lubrication machine controls the oil output precisely to save lubricant cost and can lubricate two high-speed handpieces and one low-speed handpiece at the same time. The spindle, chuck or three-jaw spring of the handpiece can be lubricated. A separate air key removes excess oil residue from inside the handpiece, which is described as avoiding the oil-bag phenomenon, and a negative-pressure suction system with built-in oil-absorbing cotton keeps the working area clean. The machine uses a built-in peristaltic pump with a control circuit instead of relying on an external air supply, so the oil quantity stays consistent from cycle to cycle.
