The US980 intraoral sensor uses a CMOS chip with an industrial-grade microfiber panel, high-resolution X-ray conversion and advanced AD guidance to reproduce true tooth images, so even fine apical bifurcations are easy to find. The cable is replaceable, the sensor can be soaked in disinfectant to IPX7, helping avoid cross-infection, and it works with almost every brand of X-ray unit on the market. Chip type CMOS APS, GOS scintillator, 27.5×38.5mm body, 22.5×30mm active area, 18.5μm pixels and 1.9M (1600×1200) image pixels.
