Solid carbide T-slot end mill made from tungsten carbide rod stock, giving higher wear resistance and strength for cutting a range of metals in different working conditions. The cutter head uses an advanced coating process for an even, rust-proof and heat-resistant film; the shank is chamfered for easier clamping and reduced vibration, and laser-marked for traceability. A secondary passivation step leaves no micro-chipping even at 200x magnification. Both aluminium and steel versions are offered in a full range of sizes: tungsten carbide rod material, two spiral flutes, 30-degree helix angle and hardness 62, for slotting and milling T-shaped grooves.
