60-degree range single-tooth thread mill that covers a range of metric and British threads with one tool. Made from micro-grain carbide with Swiss technology and a Platit PVD vacuum coating, it has a new edge design that cuts sharply without chipping, with stable chip evacuation, smooth cutting, good wear resistance, high hardness and a long life; secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance and extends life, leaving no tool marks or burrs with efficient, precise threads. It suits carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened and hardened steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, copper alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy on engraving machines and CNC machining centres.
