Main use: fine trimming and flattening of the alveolar bone surface or sharp bone edges, typically during extractions, alveoloplasty or implant surgery, to remove bone spurs and smooth the bone surface so that the soft tissue heals and a level bone base is created for the restoration. Note: the working end of the NK46-02 has a larger curvature and a cross-hatched file surface for more convenient and quicker use.
