The cloud platform uses big data technology to allocate orders for processing and printing to the nearest printing location. After receiving an order, the final product will be shipped within 48 hours, which significantly cut turn-around time and improve service quality. Select the printed product, upload scan data or design plan, and single click to complete the order. Service information such as order review results, production and processing status, and delivery progress are synchronised in real-time with the system. Key information will also be sent instantaneously to customers via text messages, emails, or on-site messages, allowing customers to check the status of their orders at any time. The monthly electronic invoice is generated automatically, and the customer can download the payment details for each order at any time. Customers are not required to establish specialist for statistical calculations, hence reducing labour expenses. The Chamlion system has numerous features.
