BT-ER high-precision tool holder series for CNC machines, computerised gantry mills and high-speed machines. A dynamic balancing process keeps cutting steadier with less vibration, allowing higher speeds and more stable accuracy; the bore is ground for high concentricity and long wear life, meeting high-precision machining requirements and outlasting ordinary holders. Balanced version: speeds up to 25,000/30,000 rpm, 20CrMnTi material, HRC58-60 hardness, accuracy within 0.003, 7:24 taper, many sizes. High-precision version: 40CrMnTi material, 48-50 hardness, accuracy within 0.005, 7:24 taper. Sizes include BT30-ER16-100, BT30-ER20-70, BT40-ER16-70, BT40-ER25-100, BT40-ER32-100 and BT40-ER40-80.
