The suture consists of a thread and a needle. The thread is a chemical synthetic monofilament non-absorbable suture made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is undyed; the needles are made of 30Cr13 or 12Cr18Ni9 stainless steel in round, reverse-cutting and round-bodied cutting forms with needle diameters of 0.1 mm or more. The product is available with or without needles and is intended for suturing in oral implant surgery, autogenous bone grafting, alveolar ridge augmentation, periodontal surgery, soft tissue grafting, general surgery, guided tissue regeneration and guided bone regeneration.
