## Step By Step Procedure Using Altaqi Kit-Piezo Endo Surgery Localizer: To localize the root apex,to do the osteotomy step during apical surgery procedure,to finalize the osteotomy or on thin boneand/or near delicate anatomic structures. B.Cutter: For window technique,osteotomy around the root. R.Cutter: For root end resection,osteotomy around the root. Shaver: For smoothing the root surface after root end resection and smoothing the bony socket after osteotomy. ## Step By Step Procedure Using Altaqi Kit-Piezo Endo Surgery Shaper 3: For retro prep of root canal after root resection. Shaper 6: For retro prep of root canal after root resection when more prep length is needed. Shaper L: For retro prep of root canal after root resection in posterior left side with difficult access to the root,specifically molars. Shaper R: For retro prep of root canal after root resection in posterior right side with difficult access to the root,specifically molars. ## Step 1 After incision and flap retraction, use LOCALIZER tip to shave the bone and localize the root apex,create the bony crypt (Osteotomy) and define the lesion borders. ## Step 2 Excavate the visualized lesion then use ROOT CUTTER tip to resection the last 2-3 mm of the root with 90-degree angle, you can use the same tip for bone cutting around the apex to facilitate apex removal from inside the crypt. ## Step 3 Remove the remaining lesion behind the root apex, excavate the bony socket. Use the SHAVER tip to smoothen the root resection surface removing all the irregularities and adjust the angle of the resection.Also,you can use this tip to shave part of the root,inserting the root axis to the level and borders of the bone especially when then roots are buccally positioned. ## Step 4 For Anterior Teeth After identifying the root canals, Use the Shaper 3 mm tip to do the retro prep and if needed for more shaping depth use Shaper 6mm. ## Step 4 For Posterior Teeth For posterior teeth with difficult access to the canals in upper or lower jaw such as Molars or premolars,Use Shaper-L for left area or Shaper - R for right area of the jaws. ## For Bone Window Technique For Bone Window technique procedure, use BONE CUTTER tip to create the osseous window lines, then remove the window with fine chisel and place it back after finishing the procedure and before suturing. ## Specific Surgery Kit For Removing Infected Tissue Woodpecker partners with world renowned dentist prof.
