Macromolecular collagen is poorly soluble in water and is mainly used for manufacturing medical devices such as absorbable implant materials; the molecular weight is about 300 kDa. The raw material source is reliable and non-immunogenic: virus inactivation was validated by the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, and the immunogenicity test report issued by NIFDC showed no immunogenicity detected. The product is sterilized and produced in a pharmaceutical-grade GMP Class 100,000 clean workshop on the same line and under the same quality control standards as Class III implantable medical devices. A biological enzymatic cutting technology is used instead of strong acid, strong alkali or single-enzyme treatment, giving a stable composition and performance with little variation.
