Rainbow-coated aluminium corner-radius (bull nose) cutter with a three-flute R-corner geometry for high-gloss machining of aluminium parts. The full-edge anti-vibration design gives a smoother surface free of tool marks, and the large chip flutes evacuate chips faster for higher productivity. Each tool is precision-ground on an ANCA grinder for high accuracy, staying sharp without chip sticking. In aluminium it allows high-speed cutting with a flat, bright cut. Made from premium tungsten carbide (micro-grain) stock and ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine, it is sharp, tough, hard wearing and long lasting, and suits high-speed equipment such as CNC machining centres, engraving machines and precision engravers.
