BAP400R CNC milling arbor (right-angle holder) that takes 1604R0.8 inserts for roughing, finishing and pocketing, concave die work, step and corner cleaning and profile machining. The holder uses a long anti-vibration design for CNC machining centres and is specified by shank diameter, cutting diameter, overall length and tooth count, for example BAP-400R-C24-25-150-2T (C24 shank, 25 mm cutting diameter, 150 mm overall, 2 teeth), BAP-400R-C24-25-200-2T, BAP-400R-C24-25-250-2T, BAP-400R-C25-25-150-2T, BAP-400R-C25-25-200-2T and BAP-400R-C25-25-250-2T, with length and tooth count chosen to suit the job.
