60-degree metric full-profile thread mill in micro-grain carbide with a Platit nano coating, brand Fuma, for copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminium parts, aluminium alloy and cast iron on CNC machining centres and engraving machines. The new edge design cuts sharply without chipping and evacuates chips steadily; secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance and tool life and leaves no tool marks or burrs, while firm non-slip clamping and good vibration resistance suit precision thread work. The chart gives size, pitch, cutting diameter, cutting length, shank and overall length from M3x0.5 to M24x3.0, for example M8x1.25 with 1.25 pitch, 6.0 mm diameter, 16 mm cutting length, 6 mm shank and 60 mm overall.
