Do you verify suppliers?
We do not audit factories and we do not check business licences. Where a factory gives us a certificate number, we print it in full with a link to the registry that issued it. We do not collect buyer reviews yet.
What certifications should I look for?
For EU market: CE marking under MDR 2017/745. For US market: FDA 510(k) clearance. ISO 13485 indicates a quality management system — look for this as a baseline for any reputable manufacturer.
Can I order samples before bulk?
Yes. Most suppliers on DentaSourcing offer sample orders. MOQs vary by product — some start as low as 5 units for imaging equipment, while materials may require 500+ units. Check individual product pages for details.
How does payment work?
Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30–50% deposit and balance before shipment. We recommend using escrow or our platform's trade assurance for first orders. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for orders above $10,000.
