1. Who we are

DentaSourcing ("we", "us") operates www.dentasourcing.com, a business-to-business platform that helps overseas buyers find and contact Chinese dental manufacturers. Contact: support@dentasourcing.com.

2. Information we collect

(a) Information you give us — inquiry form: your name, email address, company name, country and the content of your message. Supplier application: company name, country, website, contact name, email, phone, product categories, certifications and notes. Supplier account: login email and password (stored hashed) and the content you publish.

(b) Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and time of visit, plus cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and put you in contact with manufacturers (see Section 4); to review and publish supplier listings; to operate, secure and improve the platform; and to send service-related messages. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Sharing your inquiry with manufacturers — important

When you submit an inquiry about a manufacturer, we forward that inquiry — including your name, company name, email address and message content — to the manufacturer so they can respond to you directly. By submitting an inquiry you consent to this transfer. Where the manufacturer is located in China, this involves transferring your data outside your country (see Section 6). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Supplier information published on the platform

Supplier listings contain company-level information (company name, description, address, website, product information). This is business information, not personal data, and is published so buyers can evaluate suppliers. If you are a supplier and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will act on reasonable requests.

6. International transfers

We and our hosting infrastructure process data in Hong Kong and mainland China. Where you are located in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, transfers to China rely on your explicit consent for inquiry forwarding, or on appropriate safeguards where available.

7. Cookies and analytics

The platform uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (for example, language preference and your saved comparison list). We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Your saved comparison list is stored only in your own browser.

8. Retention

Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and to keep a record of business correspondence. Supplier listings are retained while the listing is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards.

9. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
