1. What this platform is

DentaSourcing is a business-to-business directory. We publish information about Chinese dental manufacturers and provide a channel for buyers to contact them. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a manufacturer, and we do not act as an agent, distributor or guarantor for either side.

2. Listing information — where it comes from

Listings are compiled from public sources (including trade-show directories and company websites) and from information suppliers submit to us. We format and translate what we are given. We do not audit factories and we do not check business licences.

Treat all listing information as reported by the supplier or taken from public sources unless a page says otherwise. Confirm specifications, certifications, pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times directly with the manufacturer before placing any order.

3. Buying and selling

Any quotation, order, payment, inspection, shipping or warranty arrangement is strictly between you and the manufacturer. You are responsible for your own due diligence, including checking that certificates apply to the exact product and destination market, and for complying with import regulations in your country.

4. Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry authorises us to forward it, together with your contact details, to the manufacturer you selected. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Supplier obligations

If you list a company on the platform you confirm that you are authorised to represent it, that the information you submit is accurate and not misleading, and that you hold the rights to any content you upload. We may edit, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, out of date, or that breaches these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the platform at scale, republish listings as your own database, submit false information, or use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages to manufacturers or buyers.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, structure and original written content belong to us. Company names, logos, product descriptions and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from any dealing between a buyer and a manufacturer.

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
