Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about sourcing dental equipment from China through DentaSourcing.

About DentaSourcing

What is DentaSourcing?

A directory and introduction service for Chinese dental equipment manufacturers. Unlike general B2B marketplaces, we work only in dentistry: every company listed is one we have met or contacted directly, and we understand the structure of Chinese dental manufacturing — which factories make which products, and which are unsuitable for a given application.

Are these factories or trading companies?

Mainly manufacturers. Each company is listed after direct contact, and its profile states the product categories it actually produces.

How thoroughly do you check a supplier?

We do not conduct third-party factory audits and we do not verify business licences. Profile information is supplied by the manufacturer or taken from public sources. Where a manufacturer provides a certificate number, we publish it in full with a link to the issuing registry; buyers are expected to check it themselves.

Do you charge manufacturers? Does that affect what I see?

Yes — we charge manufacturers for profile preparation and presentation, and we charge buyers for assisted sourcing. Fees do not buy position: we do not sell ranking, we do not tie listing to payment, and we do not promise inquiry volumes.

Buying through DentaSourcing

What happens to my inquiry?

It goes to the manufacturer you selected, and is copied to us for follow-up. We do not send the same inquiry to multiple factories, and we do not resell contact details.

Is the site free for buyers?

Browsing, comparing and submitting inquiries are free. Where a buyer asks us to communicate, compare quotations and coordinate a purchase on their behalf, we charge a service fee, agreed before work begins.

Can I deal with the manufacturer directly?

Yes, and we recommend it. Price, payment, shipping and contract terms are agreed directly between buyer and manufacturer. We introduce and follow up; we do not sign on your behalf and we do not handle funds.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We intervene, press the manufacturer to perform, and help you move to another supplier if the problem cannot be resolved. We are not a party to the transaction and do not bear liability for goods or payment.
