Coated Nickel-Titanium Arch Wires are based on nickel-titanium wires, coated with a 50μm layer of biocompatible medical polymer material. Due to their similarity to the natural tooth color, they are also known as invisible arch wires. When used in conjunction with ceramic brackets, they meet the aesthetic requirements of invisible orthodontic treatment. Mainly available in round and rectangular shapes: Round Archwires/ROUND ARCHWIRES With good elasticity and less friction with bracket gaps, they facilitate tooth movement and are commonly used in the initial stages of correction and alignment of the teeth. Rectangular Archwires/RECTANGULAR ARCHWIRES The interaction between the square archwire and the bracket gap helps control the direction of tooth movement, making them more suitable for use in the middle and later stages of orthodontic treatment.
