Product description
Brackets are used in dentistry to correct irregular tooth alignment. By clinical treatment method they are divided into self-ligating, edgewise (square wire), mesh-base edgewise, straight-wire and mesh-base straight-wire brackets; by slot size they come in 0.018" and 0.022". A bracket consists of a base, a slot, tie wings and a base plate, made of austenitic stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 per GB/T1220-2007, with Rockwell hardness of 19-25 HRC; the joint between base plate and base withstands a pull of 30 N, and the bracket is corrosion resistant. Shelf life and warranty are both 36 months.
