Product description
The JYD-1096SG is an industrial single-tank ultrasonic cleaner with a 468 litre tank and 4800 W of ultrasonic power. Operation is fully digital and the machine provides one-key degassing, power adjustment, timer, heating and liquid level protection, filtration circulation, automatic lifting and fault alarm. It uses the company own automatic frequency-tracking MCU-SWEEP generator drive circuit, which is described as giving a strong cleaning effect with less noise. The combination of filtration circulation and automatic lifting is intended for production lines where parts are loaded in baskets and processed in long batches.
