The MEP-1900A series is a plate-type megasonic cleaning system built for high-end semiconductor manufacturing. The maker states that it achieves uniform acoustic field coverage across the whole wafer together with nanometre-scale cavitation, removing sub-micron particles, metal ions and organic residues. Because the system is supplied as a plate rather than a complete tank, it is integrated into an existing wet process bath.
