The TK-1 dental thermocutting knife cuts thermoforming sheets without dust or noise and is presented as the first domestically developed and manufactured dental sheet cutter of its kind, replacing conventional grinding and trimming. A special-steel heated blade heats up in seconds and distributes heat evenly; the handle is made of a modified polymer composite so it does not become uncomfortably hot. Cutting temperature can be adjusted to suit different sheet materials, and the lightweight handle follows an ergonomic design. Power is 20 W on AC 220 V/50 Hz, the main unit measures 180 x 90 x 140 mm, the handle is 22.5 x 140 mm, and net weight is 1.2 kg.
