The EQ700-SPB is the high-power EQ700 ultrasonic cell disruptor and homogeniser fitted with a sound-proof enclosure, listed at 20 kHz and 700 W. It runs on a fully digital circuit and accepts various ultrasonic tool heads for samples from 10 mL to 5000 mL. Control is by touch screen. As with the other SPB versions, the enclosure is the main difference from the standard unit and is aimed at keeping high-power disruption tolerable in a shared laboratory.
