Product description

Denture base resin type I (heat-curing) is made from higher-grade raw materials. The powder consists mainly of polymethyl methacrylate with a high and narrow molecular weight distribution and small, uniform particles; the liquid uses high-quality methyl methacrylate, antioxidants and similar raw materials. On performance, the finished denture base shows strong physical and chemical properties: relatively high strength, high wear resistance, easy polishing and a low tendency to form bubbles. Micron-scale particles and high molecular weight give the restoration a network cross-linked structure. A range of base shades covers patients with different gingival colours, and the working procedure is simple and convenient. On biological safety, the product uses internationally certified safe pigments and vein fibres (biomimetic shade) that are evenly distributed in the restoration. It is used to make full or partial denture bases. Shades: biomimetic 0#, 2# and 3#, biomimetic transparent 0#, 2# and 3#; powder 100 g, 1 kg and 25 kg, liquid 100 ml, 500 ml and 20 kg.
