Product description

Denture base resin type II (self-curing) uses higher-grade raw materials: the powder is mainly a methacrylate copolymer with a moderate molecular weight and small, uniform particles, and the liquid is based on high-quality methyl methacrylate and reducing agents. The resulting denture restoration has good physical and chemical properties, including low polymerisation shrinkage and few residual monomers after curing, which extends the service life of the base. The restoration has a network cross-linked structure with excellent impact strength, wear resistance and heat resistance, and the material offers good handling, high strength, good bonding and a stable shade. For biological safety it uses internationally certified safe pigments and vein fibres (biomimetic shade) that are evenly distributed. It is used for repairing denture bases, making single dentures and relining bases.
