Product description
The wego implant uses platform switching, a Morse taper connection and cross-key anti-rotation, with the implant and abutment held together by a high-strength central screw. Its surface is treated by large-grit sandblasting plus acid etching, which the manufacturer describes as providing a marked osteoinductive effect so that osseointegration proceeds quickly in the early healing phase and the implant shows better stability. Sizes are 3.4, 3.8, 4.3 and 5.0 mm in diameters with lengths of 9, 11, 13 and 15 mm, sixteen sizes in total.
