Product description
Tungsten carbide disc blank (round plate) made from micro-grain carbide stock, long lasting and wear resistant, ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine for a sharp, tough edge and high accuracy. The blanks serve industries such as aviation, new energy and high-speed rail; the factory produces its own blanks and offers non-standard and special-shape customization. Common grades include YG8 (medium grain, 8.0% binder, 89.5 HRA, density 14.8), FM18H (ultrafine, 10.0%, 91.5 HRA, 14.5) and FM10H (medium, 10.0%, 91.0 HRA, 12.4), suited to rough milling of uneven surfaces and interrupted cuts in cast iron, non-ferrous metals, alloys and non-metallic materials.
