Product description
60-degree American standard full-profile thread mill in two versions: NPT tapered pipe thread and NPTF tapered sealed pipe thread. The tool uses Swiss technology and a Platit PVD vacuum coating; the new edge design cuts sharply without chipping and evacuates chips stably and smoothly, while secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance and extends tool life with no tool marks or burrs. Hard and wear resistant, it suits thread cutting in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, copper alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy, and is intended for engraving machines and CNC machining centres.
