60-degree multi-function two-tooth thread mill with an integrated drill-and-mill design that can drill and thread in one operation. Base material is micro-grain carbide with a Platit nano coating, brand Fuma; the universal round shank clamps firmly without slipping and resists vibration. It machines copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminium parts, aluminium alloy and cast iron on engraving machines and CNC machining centres. Micro-grain carbide is ground on a five-axis machine with 3M wheels for wear resistance, hardness and long life; the new edge design cuts sharply without chipping with stable chip evacuation, and secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance, leaving no tool marks or burrs.
