Product description
Four-flute tungsten carbide corner-radius (bull nose) end mill for steel, available in a 60-degree bronze-coated version and a 65-degree nano-blue version. It uses a Swiss Platit coating and a secondary passivation process for a smooth edge and fine, even cutting; micro-grain carbide stock ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine keeps it free of chip sticking, high in hardness, slow in wear, mirror finished and durable for a longer service life. The workpiece suitability chart covers carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened and hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy, selected by hardness range.
