Product description
65-degree metric high-hardness two-tooth thread mill (double-tooth) aimed at hardened, quenched workpieces. It uses Swiss technology and a Platit PVD vacuum coating over imported fine-grain virgin carbide for a long life without breakage; the new edge design cuts sharply without chipping, with stable chip evacuation, smooth cutting, good wear resistance and high hardness. Secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance and life and leaves no tool marks or burrs. It suits pre-hardened steel, hardened steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, copper alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy, and is ground on a five-axis machine with 3M wheels for hardness and wear resistance.
