Three-flute aluminium corner-radius end mill made from micro-grain tungsten carbide, cutting smoothly without tool marks. The large chip flutes evacuate chips faster for higher productivity, the full-edge anti-vibration design gives a smoother machined surface, and ANCA grinding delivers high accuracy with a sharp edge that does not stick to the workpiece. It is intended for aluminium machining and high-speed aluminium cutting with a flat, bright cut. Ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine, the tool is sharp and tough, hard wearing, mirror polished and long lasting, and fits high-speed machines such as CNC machining centres, engraving machines and precision engravers.
