Three-flute extra-long end mill for aluminium, made from micro-grain virgin tungsten carbide stock that is hard, tough and sharp in the cut. The three-flute edge design is sharp and strong and leaves no burrs, while the oversized flute pockets and mirror-ground spiral grooves evacuate chips smoothly. A high-gloss mirror treatment gives an excellent finish and a fine, smooth machined surface. Tools are ground on an ANCA FX7 five-axis grinder with 3M wheels for mirror finish and good accuracy, and the imported ANCA five-axis machine ensures a sharp, tough edge, making the cutter suitable for high-speed CNC machining of aluminium and copper alloys.
