Straight-flute chamfer mill for aluminium, offered with 60, 90 and 120 degree chamfer angles for deburring, edge trimming and hole-mouth chamfering. A full mirror high-gloss process gives high hardness and wear resistance with stable chip evacuation; ANCA grinding provides high accuracy and a sharp, non-sticking edge, while the full-edge anti-vibration design produces a smoother surface without tool marks and a long service life. Made from micro-grain tungsten carbide and ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine, it is sharp, tough and hard wearing, and suits high-speed CNC machining of aluminium alloy and similar materials.
