Two-flute ball nose end mill for steel in 55-degree bronze and 65-degree nano-blue coated versions. Ground from micro-grain tungsten carbide on an imported ANCA five-axis machine, it is sharp and tough with a long service life; progressive unpassivated, single-passivated and double-passivated edge treatment gives a smoother edge and finer cutting, and the tool resists chip sticking with high hardness and slow wear. Workpiece materials include stainless steel, cast iron, copper alloy and aluminium alloy, selected from the suitability chart, and it fits high-speed machines such as CNC machining centres, engraving machines and precision engravers.
