Product description
Solid carbide V-cutting blade (V-CUT cutter) made from micro-grain tungsten carbide, the dedicated blade used by PCB manufacturers for depaneling printed circuit boards. It cuts the V-CUT (V-score) groove and is widely used for V-scoring single-sided, double-sided and multilayer resin and fibreglass boards as well as aluminium substrates. The blade has high hardness and good impact toughness, high corrosion resistance and a sharp edge that resists wear; automated high-precision machining leaves no burrs and gives a smooth cut surface. Standard sizes include 28x15x2.0, 32x17.5x2.4, 39.5x17x2.4, 51x25x2.0/2.4, 100x25.4x2.0 and 120x40x2.0 mm, with 32T/40T/48T/80T/100T teeth and 20, 25 or 35 degree V angles; angle, tooth form and tooth count can be customized.
