Tungsten carbide saw tip blanks made from micro-grain carbide stock, long lasting and wear resistant, ground on an imported ANCA five-axis machine for a sharp, tough edge and high accuracy, and available made to order. Tips are supplied by grade: FM01 (ultrafine, 2.2% binder, 94.8 HRA, density 15.20, 2400 MPa, K01), FM03 (submicron, 3.0%, 94.2 HRA, K01), FM35 (submicron, 4.8%, 93.4 HRA, 15.00, 2500, K05), YF5 (fine, 5.0%, 92.0 HRA, 15.00, 2600, K10), YG6 (medium, 6.0%, 90.8 HRA, 14.90, 2600, K10), YF7 (medium, 7.0%, 14.73, 2700, K20) and YG8 (medium, 8.0%, 90.0 HRA, 14.72, 2900, K20), for brazing onto saw teeth.
