BT-APU self-tightening drill chuck tool holder for drilling and tapping centres and CNC machining centres. The holder and chuck are one integrated unit so the chuck cannot come loose even in heavy cutting, and it is easy and quick to operate, safe and firmly clamped. Automatic rotary clamping raises torque and with it the gripping force, while the jaws close with no play for a longer life; the jaws are high-grade alloy steel, hardened to improve wear resistance, hardness and heat resistance. Parameters: 20CrMnTi premium steel, HRC56 hardness, speeds up to 10,000 rpm, roundness 0.008 and surface roughness 0.8. Sizes include BT30-APU08-80, BT40-APU08-80, BT40-APU13-110, BT40-APU16-120, BT50-APU13-180 and BT50-APU16-120.
