Product description
High-precision ER spring collet made from 65MnTi hardened steel, offering large elasticity, high strength and high concentricity with 0.008 mm accuracy to DIN6499, for a longer service life and higher working efficiency. Manufacturing uses two precision turning passes plus high-frequency polishing; the bore is bright and the outside diameter and faces are ground for high concentricity and durability. Clamping force is large, the clamping range is wide and accuracy stays stable. It is widely used for milling, boring, drilling and tapping on all kinds of CNC and engraving equipment and many engraver ER spindles, with sizes ER11, ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32 and ER40 available.
