55-degree British standard full-profile thread mill in two versions: BSP (G) parallel pipe thread and BSPT (RC) tapered sealed pipe thread. Product information: micro-grain carbide base material, Platit nano coating, machining copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminium parts, aluminium alloy and cast iron, on CNC machining centres and engraving machines. A new edge design plus secondary passivation keeps the edge sharp without chipping, with stable chip evacuation and smooth cutting, good wear resistance, high hardness and a long life, leaving no tool marks or burrs. The chart lists pitch P, cutting diameter d1, cutting length L1, shank D and overall length L, for example BSP 1/8 with 28 pitch, 8.0 mm diameter, 14 mm cutting length, 8 mm shank and 60 mm overall.
