60-degree American UNC/UNF thread mill, covering 60-degree UNC three-tooth and full-profile cutters and 60-degree UNF three-tooth and full-profile cutters. The tool uses Swiss technology and a Platit PVD vacuum coating; the new edge design cuts sharply without chipping, with stable chip evacuation and smooth cutting. Secondary passivation improves corrosion resistance and extends life and gives burr-free, efficient, precise threads, while firm non-slip clamping and good vibration resistance help accuracy. It suits thread milling of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, copper alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy and heat-resistant alloy on engraving machines and CNC machining centres.
